38 weeks pregnant & romantic dinner for 1 & 1/3

So we went to Marseille today to visit one of my doctors in his office. It ended up being a total waste of time (A LOT of time) as the first thing he said was, “Now why are we seeing each other today?” Why don’t doctors write things down? Had he known why I was going to see him (to go over the risks of having a natural birth instead of a cesarean) he would have known that my medical file was at the hospital and that we should have met there instead! Ahhhhh! These kind of things really bother me! Thank goodness that I have a great husband that put things into perspective by saying that we should just be happy in knowing that both the baby and I are in good health.
So, in order to celebrate that fact, mr.T and I had a romantic dinner without Papa (who was working late). Who says that you can’t share a nice candle light meal with your kid? Of course, the bottle of wine wasn’t touched by either one of us but we both enjoyed our rucola and beet salad, green beans, herb baked chicken and our dauphine potatoes. Oh, and the fresh strawberries were well appreciated as well!
Love and light,
