Bastille Day – july 14th (part one)

here I am, almost 6 months pregnant already!

this is what impressed Mr.T the most

flags flying high

We had the most wonderful French National Day yesterday and it was made even extra special by the fact that it was our very first one in France.  We started off by going to Vieux Port to watch the parade, which very much impressed Mr.T and pretty much left him completely speechless (the boy looked like a statue!).  Seriously though, the boy is obsessed with vehicles and he didn’t say one word (not a word!!) while watching all of the military monster trucks drive by – I guess that it was a bit overwhelming for the little guy.

Also, the weather was absolutely gorgeous as it wasn’t too hot since there was a cool breeze and the atmosphere was totally upbeat and family friendly.  After watching the parade we walked back to our place and had lunch before heading out to our second adventure of the day…

Love and light,

Danielle
