Easter break and royal vows

April 29, 2011 § 2 Comments

We spent our Easter vacation with family in Les Sables D’Olonnes and it was exactly what we all needed. We got to spend time with our family (Théo got to play with his cousins) and Pierre and I got to relax a bit (thanks to the cousins!!) and even step out on the town :) The time there went by so quickly but in those few days that we were there our boy soaked up loads of French and continued to develop the bond that he already has with everyone. It was magical to watch him.

Today we spent the large part of our day glued to the television as we watched Prince William marry Kate Middleton. Wow, what a bride and Théo sat SOOO still on my lap and watched the bride walk down the aisle (and then the exchange with William) so intently and quietly. Even he was moved and felt that there was something special in the air! In today’s post I’m including some pictures from our time over the Easter break as well as a photo of Mr.T and I that was taken while reading on the couch today.

Wishing everyone a wonderful evening!
